Community Care Services Program (CCSP)
The Community Care Services Program (CCSP) is a Georgia Medicaid home and community-based services program designed to help eligible older adults and individuals with disabilities receive the support they need while remaining in their homes and communities rather than entering a nursing facility. Through CCSP, eligible individuals may receive services such as personal support, skilled nursing, and in-home respite care based on their assessed needs, approved care plans, and service authorizations.
